Nov 17th writing class

Today, Mrs Gunther gave us a powerpoint presentation on learning styles. Unfortunately, I fell asleep and so forth, I can't recall on her teachings. After that, I continued on with what I did last class which was to color in boxes. This time, for can do's and can't do's.

Writing 1 class 15th of November

Today, we received a blue book that had the codes for many careers. What I recently thought about my career was being a farmer. Despite the fact that I got my interests away from this subject, Mrs Gunther said it was ok and I wrote the code for this type of farming. Although I'm not sure of wether it was from the same book or not, I colored in likes and dislikes for many things. It was t oget me more ready for our career writing.

Talents

God says we all have talents. Define talents:

Talent is something that we do well at and almost naturally. Having a talent in something may most likely mean that you like the thing very much, that you're devoted to it. Its an area where you are the expert.

What do you think are your particular talents:

Although there are things that I am good at, I don't think that any one of them can be fully considered as my talents becuase although I can be good at them, I am not the one that does those things in parallel to what I used to define talent above.

Thought questions

How do you plan on choosing a career?

I will first think about it deeply. I might probably think which job is more easier than the other and even which job is more fun or something that can be managable for me. I would surely ask my parents in terms of the money and more information about these jobs.

Does your gender make a difference?

At this point, I have a lack of understanding of many of the careers so I can't answer this question.

Who will help you choose a career?

The people that can help me are obviously my parents and my sisters. All of them are far older than me so I expect them to have advice for me in this matter and also, Mrs Gunther who will aid us in this career unit.

Can the Bible offer any help?

I have so far only read a very slim amount of what is said in the Bible but despite that, the Bible is the word of God and is rich with many sayings. I know that there are passages that state of good things that need to be done and bad paths that shouldn't be tred upon. It is related to the choices we make that may have an affect on our future but I haven't stumbled on passages where it can shed light directly to my future career.

How to play soccer

At the start of the game, the ball will be passed by the two men in the middle. If the ball comes to you, you can pass to your team mates and try not to lose the ball. If it is neccesary, you can cross the ball to a team mate. If the ball passes the side line, you can throw the ball with two hands over your head to a team mate. When the ball goes out of the side line where the goal net is on due to the other teams player, then it is your teams corner kick. The ball gets to be kicked from the corner mark and as the ball has been crossed, it is your job to try to score. Most corner kicks are scored by headers in which you use your forehead to score.

"Take this big bad wolf to the court boys", the head police said, and so they did. "Ah! please listen to me", "please listen to me" mimicked a lower police and the others all laughed. "Please listen to me?" "Ha!" "There is nothing to listen to from that dreadful beast, he's a monster that brings about trouble", said the head police. The wolf was taken to the supreme court where he had to sit on the desk in the middle of a theatre where there were many who were seated and were staring at him. Many were frowning with burning eyes and some were smiling, so happy to the fact that a hated wolf was to be judged. In their hearts, all they cared for was that the wolf was guilty. At last the moment arrived, the time of judgement. The supreme court seated themselves and it began. "So", said the supreme judge, "I heard that you tried to take three little pigs for a meal". The wolf opened his mouth but at that moment he was interrupted. "You see wolf" said the supreme judge, "it is a crime that you see living pigs that are not of the type that walks on four as pork."
